Region information.

Mila lies in the Nyasirori sector of the western Serengeti, close to the Grumeti River, an area known for year-round wildlife and exceptional lion viewing. The western corridor’s river lines and open plains attract elephant, buffalo, giraffe and plentiful plains game, with predators in attendance and rich birdlife. From mid-year, the Great Migration often moves through the corridor on its rain-led circuit. As part of Serengeti National Park, activities follow TANAPA rules: no off-road or night driving, and typical game-viewing hours around daylight. Access is via Grumeti or Seronera airstrips with road transfers to camp.
