1. About these Terms

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at www.nomaraafricatravel.com and any related pages or subdomains (the "Site").

The Site is operated by Nomad African Travel s.r.o., trading as NOMARA, a company registered in the Czech Republic with its registered address at Granitova 1115/2, Prague, Czech Republic ("NOMARA", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

These Terms sit alongside our Booking Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which govern any travel services you book with us and how we use your personal data.

Sample itineraries, routes, accommodations, activities and prices shown on the Site are illustrative. Availability, exact details and confirmed pricing are provided in your personalised proposal and are governed by our Booking Terms and Conditions.

You should not rely solely on the Site when making travel, legal, financial, medical or other decisions. You remain responsible for checking the latest government, consular and health advice relevant to your trip.

3. Ownership of content

Unless we state otherwise, the Site and all content on it (the "Content") are owned by us or used under licence. This includes, without limitation:

• All written copy, including itineraries, journey inspiration, destination descriptions, travel guides and blog posts

• The "NOMARA" name, the "Nomara Africa Travel" trading name, any logos, brand elements and trade dress

• Photographs, video content, icons and graphics

• Website layout, design and the overall look and feel of the Site

• Underlying code, configurations, and structured data such as JSON LD, schema markup and other AIO implementations

The Content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws worldwide. All rights are reserved.

4. Permitted use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site and its Content for your own personal, non commercial use, in order to learn about our services and, if you wish, to make an enquiry or booking.

You may:

• View pages on your device and store them in your browser cache

• Print or download reasonable extracts for your personal reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices

This permission does not transfer any ownership rights in the Content to you.

5. Prohibited use and copying

You and we agree that the courts of the Czech Republic (and in particular the courts of Prague) will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring claims in the courts of your home country.
